    High frequency copper clad laminate (abbreviated High Frequency CCL) is a kind of special CCL with low loss and stable dielectric constant. The key raw materials of high frequency CCL include copper foil, reinforcing material (glass fiber) and filler material (high performance resin such as PTFE etc.). It competes with FR-4 CCL which is glass-reinforced epoxy laminate material.
